Theatre Network is pleased to announce its Season 51 Mainstage lineup, featuring seven distinctive productions that blend humor, movement, and compelling narratives. This year’s season includes two major Mainstage productions alongside five productions during a dedicated February festival weekend, highlighting the vibrant energy of both emerging and established artists.
Artistic Director Bradley Moss has carefully crafted a season that reflects Theatre Network’s enduring commitment to courageous, original storytelling and diverse artistic voices. Season 51 presents a rich spectrum of work, from the festive wit of Girl Brain, Actually (Girl Brain) and the inventive physical comedy of Rat Academy (Bat Rabbit Collective), to the introspective contemporary dance piece It’s Just You and Me (Viva Dance Company). The February festival weekend highlights innovative productions such as Undiscovered Country (Chris Bullough), Dvaita | Duality (Shivamanohari Company), Elon Muskrat (Josh Languedoc), and Where Foxes Lie (Jezec Sanders). The Mainstage season will conclude with Nextfest 2026, a summer showcase of Edmonton’s emerging artists and fresh new work.

“This season exemplifies Theatre Network’s dedication to presenting bold and thought-provoking narratives that resonate deeply,” says Moss. “From sharp, engaging comedy to profound examinations of identity and community, these productions demonstrate the remarkable diversity and talent of Canadian artists, many based right here in Edmonton.”
