Michael DC McKinlay’s Penguins tells the story of a team of research scientists studying a rookery of penguins in the Antarctic. What began as an experiment in controlling and ultimately altering the migratory instincts of the birds, is slowly revealed as a more sinister attempt to alter the greatest of instincts: survival of a species.
