William Shakespeare’s As You Like It, A Radical Retelling by Cliff Cardinal

The title of William Shakespeare’s AS YOU LIKE IT holds a double meaning
that teasingly suggests this is a play to please all tastes. Is it
possible? With his subversive updating of the Bard’s classic, cultural
provocateur Cliff Cardinal seeks to find out. The show exults in dark
humour, difficult subject matter, and raw emotion. Bear these words in
mind:

Sweet are the uses of adversity,

Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous,

Wears yet a precious jewel in his head

– AS YOU LIKE IT, William Shakespeare

Cast will be announced at each performance.
