The biggest party in our season finds a new home: The Royal Glenora Club.
Theatre Network invites you to our annual fundraiser in support of Theatre Network Society’s operations, presented by Timber Haus Developments.
Join us on May 9, 2024 at Edmonton’s Royal Glenora Club for an elegant and entertaining evening of dinner, drinks, live & silent auctions, music, art, performers and much, much more.
Your ticket includes access to our legendary silent and live auction, featuring items and packages for your bidding pleasure, donated by generous Edmontonians and businesses. Our plated dinner service is a three-course, AAA Alberta beef meal provided by our hosts at The Royal Glenora Club.
Our theme is garden elegance. Come dressed to impress and wear your snazziest gala attire with a garden party twist.
Menu
Starter: Caprese Salad with Heirloom Gem Tomatoes, “Urban Farm” Micro Greens, Marinated Bocconcini, Fresh Arugula Pesto, and Balsamic Reduction.
Main: 8 oz AAA Alberta Beef Tenderloin, Horseradish Thyme Crushed Gold Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and Cipollini Onion Jus
Dessert: Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble with Lavender Yogurt Crème

Seating is banquet style, at round tables of 8-10. Please inform the box office of any seating requests.

Theatre Network Society is a registered charity, number 119214302 RR0001. Through fundraising initiatives Theatre Network Society is planning to raise an estimated $150,000. These initiatives cost our organization an estimated $50,000 over the course of a year. The money raised goes towards funding future productions and general operations for the theatre. What can I expect from Spring Fling this year?
Spring Fling is Theatre Network Society’s annual fundraiser for our ongoing operations. Your night is 100% in support of this cause, and designed to be an unforgettable night out for you and your party.
We are thrilled to be hosted by the Royal Glenora Club in their Braemar Room this year, which features stunning vistas of the river valley and a mouthwatering three-course meal.
Hosted by Lilith Fair, who recently starred in our holiday production of With Bells On! The Musical, our 2024 program promises to pack a punch. Your night will also feature Theatre Network’s legendary silent and live auctions, packed with exclusive items and experiences from local businesses, artisans, and arts organizations and performances from an array of Edmonton artists throughout the evening.

Are there meal accommodations/substitutes?
Please get in touch with our box office with any dietary restrictions or allergies as soon as possible! Vegetarian/Vegan options are available by request. We must be notified of any allergies in order to prepare the kitchen. Theatre Network and the Royal Glenora Club will do our best to accommodate guests food restrictions, but may not be able to accommodate all requests.
