SHAMS BY RUMI follows Egyptian artist duo, Galal and Husam, as they travel to Cairo to meet a renowned production company. But when Galal encounters Shams, the trip turns inwards and his friendship with Husam is put to the test. A modern take on the story of the Persian poet Rumi and the mystic Shams, SHAMS BY RUMI blurs the lines between art and life, offering a tender exploration of love, friendship and loss.
