Bub Slug: The Musical is based on the comic strip appearing weekly in the Edmonton Journal. Bub Slug is Edmonton’s senior waterfall maintenance man. Once Lotto 6/49 millionaires, but now just regular Edmontonians, Bub and his wife Betty and son Junior live comfortably in their home in Capilano. In this Slug adventure, Betty’s brother Cactus Buns asks the Slugs to join him and his new girlfriend Victoria for a night on the town.
