A Note on Public Health
March 12, 2020
Theatre Network is seriously monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and watching for updates from Alberta Health Services and The City of Edmonton. The well-being of our audiences, artists, staff, and volunteers remains our top priority. We are taking precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our venue.
Alberta Health Services says the risk to Albertans remains low, but has advised folks to remain home if they are feeling unwell. If you or anyone in your party are feeling ill and believe you may be at risk, give us a call and let us know – we are happy to exchange tickets to another performance, convert the ticket cost to a donation, or provide a refund.
All planned performances at The Roxy on Gateway will be moving forward as scheduled and we will keep you informed if the situation changes. Currently, our venue falls under the “low importance” concerns for mass gatherings as our venue provides space for under 250 individuals.
We recognize this is an evolving situation and will make updates to this statement as information from Alberta Health Services and The City of Edmonton become available.
If you have any questions or concerns you can reach us at 780.453.2440 or email boxoffice@theatrenetwork.ca
